At BOA TCG, we aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for products purchased through www.boa-tcg.co.uk.
 

BOA TCG operates as an online-only Pokémon Trading Card Game retailer based in the United Kingdom, supplying sealed Pokémon TCG products, graded cards and collectibles.

1. Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging

Once a return request is approved, items must be returned promptly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of trading card products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened:

  • Opened booster packs

  • Opened booster boxes

  • Opened Elite Trainer Boxes

  • Opened collection boxes

  • Mystery products or randomised products

  • Trading cards removed from sealed packaging

Pokémon Trading Card Game products contain randomised contents, and refunds cannot be issued based on pack pulls or card values.

3. Graded Cards

Graded cards are authenticated and graded by independent third-party grading companies.

Returns for graded cards will only be accepted if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The slab arrives damaged during delivery

Grading scores represent the opinion of the grading company, and BOA TCG cannot offer refunds based on disagreements with the assigned grade.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as BOA TCG cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Refund Process

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will be handled through the return process.
